How it works
Turn it on before the call
Sayply listens to your microphone and to the computer's own sound. Messenger, browser or a telephony softphone — it makes no difference, there is nothing to connect.
Talk as usual
Your voice and the other person's voice run as separate channels, so the text never blends. Prompts appear in the corner of the screen — only you see them.

Is the audio stored anywhere?
No. Sound is turned into text on the fly; the recording itself never reaches a disk or a server. What remains is the transcript, the summary and the tasks — and you can delete those.
Does Sayply hear calls in WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom?
Yes. It hears everything that plays on the computer, plus your microphone as a separate channel. That works with any program, including your telephony softphone, and needs no integration with it.
Will the other person see that I use Sayply?
Nobody joins the call: no bot, no extra participant. Telling the other person that the conversation is processed is your responsibility under the law of your country.
Which languages does it work with?
It is multilingual. You choose the language of your channel and of the other person's channel before the call, so a bilingual conversation does not turn into mush.
Where do the tasks go after the call?
Into the system you have an integration with. Without an integration, the summary and the tasks are saved as a PDF report.
What do I need to start?
Windows 10 or 11 and an internet connection. The app is free; you only pay for minutes of conversation.
Can I cancel the subscription?
