Sayply listens to the conversation, shows a live transcript, suggests answers and, once the call ends, writes the summary with agreements and tasks. Ukrainian, English, Russian.
What the service is
Sayply is a subscription to a cloud service that recognises speech during your voice and video calls and processes the resulting text. The Windows application captures your microphone and the other party audio, sends it for recognition and shows the result on screen. After the call the service produces a summary, a list of agreements with owners, and a task list you can save as PDF or push into your task tracker.
Billing is a monthly or yearly subscription with automatic renewal. The service is metered in minutes of recognised speech; every plan includes a monthly allowance that can be topped up with extra packs. The service is delivered remotely and access opens immediately after payment.

How it works
1. Install the app
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The installer is about 150 MB and needs no extra components.
2. Talk as usual
The transcript appears while you speak; cues show up when the other side asks something hard.
3. Take the result
Summary, agreements with owners, tasks with due dates, a PDF report.

Prices are per seat per month in Ukrainian hryvnia. Annual billing is 20% cheaper.

When the monthly allowance runs out, minutes are bought in packs and never expire when the cycle resets: 120 minutes — 500 ₴, 300 minutes — 1150 ₴.

FAQ
Is my call audio stored?
No. Audio is streamed for recognition and never recorded anywhere. The transcript and the summary are stored locally, in the application on your own computer, so they stay under your control.
Which languages are supported?
Ukrainian, English and Russian. You pick the language for your channel and for the other party separately, so a bilingual call is recognised correctly.
How do I cancel?
In your account, at any time. Access stays until the end of the period you already paid for and nothing is charged for the next one. See payments and refunds.
Where is the data stored?
Our servers are in the European Union (Germany). To recognise speech and produce summaries the text is passed to processing partners that may operate outside the EU; the list of categories is in the privacy policy.
