Features
In short: everything that plays on your computer becomes text, a prompt during the call and a summary after it.
It hears everything that plays on your computer
Services that «connect to your calls» join the meeting as an extra participant — a bot. So they support exactly the platforms that let them in, and exactly the meetings the bot was invited to in time.
Sayply listens to the computer rather than to a platform: your microphone as one stream, the sound coming out of the speakers as another. It makes no difference to it whether that is WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, Google Meet, your telephony softphone or any other program — it hears them all the same way.
The practical consequence: nothing to integrate, no access to grant, and no stranger joining your call.
Two voices, two channels
Your voice and the other person's voice are recognised separately rather than carved out of one mixed recording. You pick the language of each channel before the call, so a conversation where you speak one language and the client another stays two clean tracks instead of mush.
A prompt while you talk
While you speak, Sayply reads the conversation and suggests what is worth asking or answering. Prompts appear in a separate always-on-top window that is transparent to clicks and excluded from screen sharing — the other person never sees them.
A summary with agreements
After the call Sayply re-reads the whole conversation and writes down what you agreed on and who owns what. It is not a retelling of the call but what follows from it.
Tasks with deadlines
The summary turns straight into tasks with due dates. You review them, edit them and send them into the system you have an integration with.
PDF report of the call
The whole conversation, the summary and the tasks as one file you can send to a colleague or file with the client. No integration needed for this.
Audio is never stored
Sound is turned into text on the fly and goes nowhere after that — not to a disk, not to a server. What remains is the transcript, the summary and the tasks.
Knowledge basessoon
Prompts grounded in your own material: price list, service descriptions, common objections. This is not in the product yet.
Outgoing webhooks
The summary and the tasks go out as one signed request to your automation right after the call — set up with a URL and secret in your dashboard.
Try it on a real call of yours
Free minutes are granted right after you register, no card required.
