How to delete

Email support@sayply.com from the address of your account with the subject "Account deletion". No documents are required — it is enough that the message comes from the account address.

What is deleted

Your account data on our servers: email address, the Google sign-in link, the profile, and the records of used minutes and remaining allowance.

Transcripts, summaries, tasks and PDF reports are not stored on our servers — they live in the local database of the application on your computer. To remove them, delete the application together with its data; neither a request to us nor our consent is needed for that.

Account deletion is irreversible: access cannot be restored after confirmation.

What remains

Payment records (amounts, dates, statuses) are kept for as long as tax reporting requires — that is a legal obligation, not our choice. We also keep a technical marker that this email address has already received free minutes: without it the free allowance could be claimed endlessly by re-registering.

How long it takes

We fulfil the request within 30 days and confirm by email. An active subscription is cancelled automatically; money for an unused period is returned under the refund procedure where applicable.
