What you get after the call

As soon as you end the session, Sayply reads the whole conversation again and opens the summary window. It is not a retelling of what was said — it is what follows from it.

What is in the window

All of it is editable right there: the model may have misheard something or phrased it too dryly.

Tasks

Every task has an "export" checkbox. Clear it on anything you do not need, and the rest is sent.

Export works through an outgoing webhook. Set the URL in your dashboard at app.sayply.com, and after every call Sayply posts a signed JSON there: the contact, the summary, the agreements and the selected tasks with owners and due dates. Anything that speaks HTTP can receive it — a CRM, n8n, Make, your own script. Webhooks are available on the Pro and Business plans.

Without an integration the tasks are not lost: they stay in the summary and go into the PDF.

PDF report

The "Save PDF" button builds a single file with the title, the recap, the agreements and the tasks. An additional checkbox attaches the full transcript as well. No integration is needed for this — the PDF always works.

Language of the summary

The summary, the tasks and the PDF are produced in the language of the conversation, not the language of the interface: a call in Ukrainian gives you Ukrainian tasks.
