Call history
Closing the summary window does not lose the call. The Call history window opens from a button in the main window header or from the tray menu and shows everything Sayply has kept.
The list
On the left — every session: date, duration, the title from the summary, the contact, the category and the number of lines. A call that ended before completion is marked Interrupted.
The selected call
On the right — everything about the selected session: the summary, the agreements, the tasks and the full transcript, merged from both channels into chronological order.
Three actions are available:
- Save PDF — the same report as in the summary window. If you forgot to save the PDF right away, you can do it any time.
- Export to CRM — a repeated webhook delivery. The call travels with the same id, so your CRM sees a repeat, not a new call.
- Delete — removes the call after a confirmation: the transcript, the summary and the tasks disappear irreversibly.
Where all of this lives
The entire history is stored locally on your computer. Transcripts and summaries are never uploaded to a server, so deleting a call here really deletes it: no copy exists anywhere.
